SkipperFactory is a crewing company based in Split, Croatia. We are working only in Croatia, because we know all the places very well….best restaurants, bays, beaches, marinas, best vine tasting….
Also we are working only with best croatian skippers and hostesses. It’s very important for us to keep the highest possible standards in the charter industry.
Every our skipper has a standardized CV, all of them have insurance of skipper responsibility. When you are booking some of our skippers we are sending link to you with all necessary information about the skipper, which you can forward to your guests.

We are specialized in navigation of sailing boats, catamarans and motor yachts, but our experience also expands into all other aspects of nautical tourism, such as organization of regattas, team buildings, gastro tours, skipper courses, boat transfers.
